WORKFLOW PATTERN
From Inquiry received. Site visit along with the sub-contractors. Capture the client’s basic requirements.
We prepare preliminary space plan options to demonstrate how your functional requirements can be best tailored to your new or renovated space. Our qualified team would then assess and analyze the space to determine how to maximize efficiency by accurately conceiving the layout. Develop initial design.
The preliminary designs are then translated into execution drawings with close collaboration with the team and designers, so that vision is clearly communicated and ready to be sent out for construction at the site.
Along with the subcontractors, the design is fully executed to our standards. Project Managers will be available at the site to ensure that each project is on schedule and executed with top quality.
Before the handover, each project is fully reviewed by our team from the designers to the technical team to ensure the outcome matches the initial vision. We respect the initially scheduled time as well as quality standards.
